What’s the difference?
A Professional photographer is defined as one who at least 50% or more of their income is derived from their photographic work.

Our cover options include:

  • Professional Photographer – cover for camera equipment, laptops, tablets, public liability and cellphones.
  • Enthusiast Photographer – cover for camera equipment.

Cover is on a replacement value basis and is subject to the coinsurance clause for camera bodies and laptops.

Because we understand the deadline driven nature of your industry, all our professionals are offered equipment hire during the processing of a valid claim.

How to get cover

All iTOO business has to be done via independent brokers so please ask your broker to contact us if you would like to get a quote for your Photography cover. What sum insured do I need to select when insuring my equipment?

You need to make sure that your equipment is insured for the current replacement value of the item. If the item is discontinued then it needs to be insured for the cost of the replacement item.
