Family, Formula 1 & Football: three great passions in Paolo Cavalieri’s life. The energy and enthusiasm brought by his fanaticism for Ferrari and Manchester United, are intrinsically embedded into the red stitching that form the fabric of another great giant: iTOO Special Risks.
Paolo’s 40 years of experience in insurance, set the foundation for the crowning jewel that is iTOO. Having begun his career at Generali Europe, he then had tenures at AIG and Hollard. His entrepreneurial acumen and ambition to craft new frontiers within insurance, led him to co-found Etana – his and Rob Hallier’s initial foray into the specialist insurance sector. Each venture he has contributed to is punctuated by community, excellence, and originality. Consequently, the drive to be at the top of the podium is everlasting.

The powerhouse Head of Finance, blends her passion for netball with a sharp mind for numbers. As a qualified Chartered Accountant, Lolo thrives in the intricate world of finance, crunching numbers with precision and expertise. She is not just interested in whether or not iTOO is a going concern, but rather in how the business achieves sustainable growth while maintaining its competitive edge and this is what gives her the edge as a proud Wits graduate.
Beyond her financial acumen, Lolo is a transformation champion. Armed with a Consciousness Coaching Diploma, she leads the charge in iTOO Special Risk’s BBBEE transformation journey, ensuring impactful change and inclusivity.

Tovè Sithole
A brand is only as strong as the people who make it. Tovè leads the powerhouse team behind iTOO’s world class brand and fittingly, she simultaneously is the head of Talent. The two go hand in hand, as the reputation and spotlight of a brand, is a direct reflection of the work and growth of the talent of the organisation.
She thrives in navigating these multifaceted waters because of the wealth of varied experience behind her. Tovè has spent over 15 years in the insurance industry, in a range of areas from Finance and Reinsurance to Learning and Skills Development. Tovè is a qualified Skills Development Facilitator, Certified Change Manager and ICF Consciousness Coach. Her unending curiosity about people and the world around us is marked by her passion for reading and researching, which directly contributes to iTOO’s innovative branding and on the pulse marketing. She who wears many hats is supported by a strong team full of knowledge.

As a highly accomplished Business Development Consultant, Ferguson is confident in his excellent communication skills, his ability to forge strong relationships, and his results-driven approach. He knows that building trust and rapport is key to achieving success. Outside of work, Ferguson is energized by spending time with his family and friends, listening to music, and dancing.

Growing a business requires the realization that profits don’t come without prioritizing people. With ten years’ experience in sales and relationship management, Tammy Jackson has ensured that dedication to people and our network remains the cornerstone of the iTOO culture and service model. Tammy is iTOO’s Head of Business Development, taking up the essential task of leading the sales team, who service our growing broker base. A Certified Change Manager and accredited ICF Consciousness Coach, her philosophy on product growth is that it is contingent on consistent assistance by our clever team and educating the customer. She is a go-getter, remains undeterred by challenges that come her way and loves finding solutions to tricky problems – including an array of DIY projects on the go. If you ever come across an Eskimo, ask them where they got their ice from – chances are they will tell you “talk to Tammy”.
