- Provide the protocol relevant to the Clinical Trial
- Consent forms completed by research participant/volunteer
- Approval of the study by SAHPRA (The South African Health Products Regulatory Authority)
- Information and Experience of the Clinical Research Organisation and Principal Investigator/s
