Despite these times of uncertainty, we have continued to adapt and innovate our expert offering to ensure solutions that are relevant to our brokers and policyholders. With the need to explore and do things differently, we have had to keep empowering and engaging with our brokers through a different way of learning.
This period has allowed us to test, push and innovate around the use of technology and as a result, we have managed to launch weekly webinars, iTOOsdays – to give brokers a better understanding and technical expertise on product knowledge, and FriYAYs – for a social connection with our broker before the weekend.
This is our way of continuing the work and play balance we’re known for at iTOO. These have been received well and there is a huge demand which we never knew existed before, even before COVID-19.
