He has worked on some of the most complex claims in Africa, including the Listeriosis outbreak, the Steinhoff collapse, the Mobeni reservoir failure, and significant fraud and cybercrime cases across the continent. Currently a Director at Independent Claims, Jean is also an active member of the Institute of Loss Adjusters.
